No returns or refunds
KryptyxLabs does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why we have this policy
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade compounds intended for laboratory and scientific use — we are unable to accept returned items for health, safety, and integrity reasons. Once a product leaves our facility it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the rare event that your order arrives visibly damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, if verified, may offer a replacement at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
Lost or undelivered orders
We are not responsible for orders lost in transit due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, customs seizure, or carrier error beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting an order.
Chargebacks
All transactions are processed via cryptocurrency and are irreversible by nature. Chargebacks are not applicable to crypto payments.
